   on Ethical Management

   GCEM is operating the website on ethical management to introduce ethical management, receive information of employees’ unethical acts through Cyber Sinmungo and participate in ethical management along with customers.

2. 02. Education on Ethical
   Management

   GCEM is practicing education on ethics focusing on practical cases and theories about how all employees practice ethical management in their position.
   Education programs include cyber ethical education, regular education for main persons in charge including site manager/management/public affairs, systematic ethical education program designated as a mandatory course upon entering of new/experienced employees.

3. 03. Vow to Practice Ethical
   Management

   All employees submit the Ethics Policy Agreement to express the intention to make efforts to establish ethical corporate culture and practice employees’ ethical management, and participate in ethical management.

4. 04. Contribution to Society

   Under the purpose to support healthy life and practice corporate social responsibility, GCEM participates in local and groups’ voluntary activities demanding kind and generous hands in cooperation with Green Cross, local administration and groups. Its employees also carry out organized and systematic service activities including their participation in voluntary donation.
